Delivery of Services & Support

We operate remotely, offering flat-rate project services and support billed in 15-minute increments. Training has a flat rate but with a time cap, and we provide annual support packages post-project completion for consistent assistance during business hours.

Payment Procedures & Project Termination Policy

Payment Terms:

All projects require full payment before commencement, ensuring client commitment and resource allocation. Software subscriptions are paid directly to vendors post-trial, with a 4% fee for credit card payments to Synergy Squared Inc.

Termination and Refunds:

If a project is terminated after initiation, clients may be eligible for a refund. This refund will be proportional to the work completed at the time of cancellation, minus any applicable service fees, ensuring fairness for both parties.
